Return & Exchanges Policy
You must return or exchange your item(s) back to us no later than 14 days from the delivery date.
We offer refunds to your original payment method for all online purchases.
This policy applies for all payment methods including Buy now & Pay Later payment methods.
Returns & Exchanges must adhere to the following:
- In original packaging
- No signs of wash/wear
- Tags must not be damaged or removed
- No stains/hairs/odor
We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs of the item being returned or exchanged.
Due to Black Friday being our only sale of the year all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations accepted due to high volume of orders.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE - Being a new & small brand we are unable to cover any custom and shipping fees at the moment. As we continue to grow we are working on an easier way for international customers to return or exchange any product. Thanks for your understanding and support!
Please note that we are not responsible for any mistakes you make to your shipping address. Contact us immediately at info@marhernz.com if your address is incorrect to make the change. If your order has been shipped we will not be able to do anything about it.
If your package has been lost or stolen send us an email at info@marhernz.com. Based on your situation with your package you may be eligible for store credit.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email info@marhernz.com. Include the following in your email:
